Refund Policy

It is important that you carefully read and understand the refund policy so you have full knowledge of the privileges and limitations that apply. Refunds may be offered only in special cases and under specified conditions.

Ingrams Spark may offer refunds on services where applicable; however, any refund is not unconditional and certain conditions apply. The refund policy may be void if you have chosen a special or custom package, requested revisions beyond the agreed scope, failed to respond for more than two weeks without notice, placed the project on hold upon your request, violated company policies, provided an incomplete creative brief, or requested cancellation for reasons that do not relate to the service provided.

Change of Mind

A customer may be entitled to a refund before our team starts working on the project. If you change your mind after placing an order, you should request cancellation as soon as possible. Processing fees or administrative charges may apply depending on the stage of the project.

Incompetent Delivery

Once work is delivered, customers may claim a refund only after all revision and correction options have been reasonably used. If the delivery does not comply with documented project requirements, we will work to correct, revise, reassign, or improve the work where appropriate. If we are still unable to deliver what was requested, a refund may be processed through mutual agreement.

Late Delivery

We aim for timely delivery. If a delay occurs and it is established through reasonable evidence that the delay was caused by the company, a refund or adjustment may be considered after attempts have been made to contact us and resolve the matter.

Refund Time Frame

Refund requests must be made within the agreed project or delivery period. Refunds requested after the applicable time frame may not be entertained. Customers should confirm the refund deadline at the time of placing the order.

Cases Where Refund May Not Be Issued

Refunds may not be issued where delays or issues are caused by the client, including incomplete instructions, delayed feedback, missing materials, changes in direction, or approval of previous stages. Minor technical issues such as grammatical corrections, formatting errors, missing references, or small typing mistakes may be resolved through revisions, partial adjustments, or future discounts rather than full refunds.
