Submitting a form does not create a binding agreement. A project begins only after scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms are confirmed in writing.
Author Ownership
Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, the final approved work prepared for a client is intended for the client’s use. Source files, drafts, and unused concepts may be subject to separate terms.
Payments and Refunds
Payment schedules, deposits, revisions, and refund eligibility depend on the package and written project agreement. Custom creative and publishing work may be non-refundable once work has started.
Revisions
Revision rounds should be clearly defined before the project begins. Additional revisions or scope changes may require an additional fee and timeline adjustment.
No Guaranteed Results
Publishing, marketing, search ranking, reviews, book sales, and platform acceptance can be influenced by many factors. We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, reviews, or income.
Limitation of Liability
Ingrams Sparks is not responsible for indirect losses, platform decisions, third-party delays, or results outside our direct control.
